Expressing condolences to the Queen, Royal Family, Government, Legislative Assembly and all Thai people, President Tran Dai Quang wrote in the condolence book, expressing: "Deeply mourning the passing of King Bhumipol Adulyadej, the wise and respected King of the Thai people.
The leaders and people of Vietnam always appreciate the good feelings that His Majesty the King has shown to the Vietnamese people, as well as His Majesty the King's valuable contributions to the friendly relationship and strategic partnership between Vietnam and Thailand.
On behalf of the State and people of Vietnam, we express our deepest condolences to the Queen, the Royal Family, the Government, the Legislative Assembly and all the people of Thailand for this extremely great loss."
