For families celebrating joyous occasions like marriages, births, or housewarmings, or even funerals, the Phu Yen authorities will send congratulatory and condolence letters.

On October 24th, the People's Committee of Phu Yen province announced that it had agreed to assign the Department of Internal Affairs and relevant parties to develop and implement a model for sending congratulatory and condolence letters to each household throughout the province when a family experiences an event such as a wedding, building a new house, having a baby, or the death of a family member.

This move promises to demonstrate care and foster closer relationships between the government and the people.

"Heads of state management agencies, in addition to keeping abreast of events, must monitor developments occurring in their localities to formulate policies for households in those areas," said a leader of the Phu Yen Provincial People's Committee, adding that the model will be implemented throughout the province starting next month.

The Department of Internal Affairs is designing templates for congratulatory and condolence letters and sending them to each locality. "The letters sent to households will depend on the circumstances, but the content will be standardized, ensuring the government's respect for the people and that it will be economical," this person affirmed.

In September, every citizen of Da Nang received a gift from officials who delivered their birth certificate, household registration, health insurance card, and a bouquet of flowers to their home. Those with foreign connections who registered their birth locally also received support from the government, with documents delivered to their homes.
