The Japan Football Federation has just decided to appoint Mr. Bruno Garcia Formoso as head coach of the national futsal team.

Success with Vietnamese futsal helped coach Bruno Garcia Formoso be selected by the Japan Football Federation.

"In today's meeting on October 20, the Japan Football Federation agreed to sign a contract with coach Bruno Garcia Formoso," Japanese media reported.

Coach Bruno Garcia Formoso is the hero of Vietnamese futsal. In February, at the Asian Championship, he and the Vietnamese futsal team caused a big surprise when they defeated Japan in the quarter-finals to qualify for the Futsal World Cup for the first time in history.
