According to statistics from Vinh City Police, in the first 10 months of 2016, there were 781 cases of students violating traffic laws, including: 132 cases of driving motorbikes without helmets or without a driver's license; 70 cases of driving electric motorbikes without helmets or without a vehicle registration certificate; 300 cases of driving electric bicycles without helmets or carrying passengers without helmets; 369 cases of sitting behind motorbikes, electric bicycles, and electric motorbikes without helmets. By the end of October 2016, the City Police had temporarily seized 132 motorbikes and 370 other vehicles. |
