According to statistics from Vinh City Police, in the first 10 months of 2016, there were 781 cases of students violating traffic laws, including: 132 cases of driving motorbikes without helmets or without a driver's license; 70 cases of driving electric motorbikes without helmets or without vehicle registration certificates; 300 cases of driving electric bicycles without helmets or carrying passengers without helmets; 369 cases of sitting behind motorbikes, electric bicycles, and electric motorbikes without helmets. By the end of October 2016, the City Police temporarily detained 132 motorbikes and 370 other vehicles. |
