This task is being assigned to agencies assisting the Government and the National Assembly to study the legal aspects. Because when it is presented to the National Assembly, it must have full legal validity.

When dealing with a person who no longer holds a position and has been dismissed by the National Assembly, what is the procedure? What is the process to ensure compliance with the law? Mr. Phuc stated: "We only provided the information on the evening of November 3rd, and the document from the Party Central Committee was sent this afternoon. Currently, we are assigning relevant agencies to conduct research, but whether it will be quick or slow depends on the research results and recommendations."

The process is as follows: the Government, when making an appointment, must propose it to the National Assembly for approval. Based on the Government's proposal, the National Assembly then approves the position. Only after the National Assembly approves it does it go to the President for appointment.

First of all, the government now submits a proposal. If, under normal circumstances, the person is still in office and there are no issues, the government will propose a solution to be presented to the National Assembly for consideration. If the National Assembly does not approve it, for example, the President may impose disciplinary action. Therefore, any process when a person no longer holds that position, when a person has been relieved of their duties, needs to be reviewed and ensured to be in accordance with the law.

Mr. Phuc stated that the Central Committee of the Party had recently taken a very serious approach, publicly disclosing Mr. Hoang's violations and reaching very clear and serious conclusions.

"I hear that the people and voters are very supportive, but how the government handles it still needs to be studied by relevant agencies to ensure it is in accordance with the law," Mr. Phuc said.

Mr. Phuc stated clearly: During the process, naturally, many agencies share responsibility in the monitoring process. It's possible that nothing was detected at that time, but with a sense of responsibility, we will handle any violations that are discovered, without leniency or exception.

Mr. Phuc affirmed: Regardless of who violates the law, they must be punished. If we haven't discovered it yet, we must accept the consequences, but once we have discovered it, we must handle it very seriously. That's a clear stance. Many argue that dismissing someone once they no longer hold a position is meaningless.
