Nghe An will establish a Department of Tourism

Comrades Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Cao Thi Hien - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Hoang Viet Duong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council chaired the meeting.
Attending the meeting were comrades Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Van Thong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; representatives of provincial departments, branches, and district-level leaders. The delegations of the National Assembly and People's Councils of the two provinces of Xieng Khouang and Bolikhamxay, Laos also attended the meeting.

Opening the working session this morning, discussing the Resolution on the Socio-Economic Development Plan for 2017, delegates basically agreed with the goals, targets, tasks and solutions of the draft. 5 delegates discussed and added some tasks for 2017.
Delegate Nguyen Huu Lam stated: In 2017, Nghe An continues to carry out important tasks under the direction of the Central Government in accordance with Resolution No. 39/NQ-TW, dated April 17, 2015 of the Politburo on streamlining the payroll and restructuring the staff, civil servants and public employees; Decree 108/2014/ND-CP on staff streamlining policy. Therefore, it is necessary to add this task to the draft, while promoting the autonomy of public units.

Delegate Tran Duy Ngoan (Hoang Mai town) said: Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (12th tenure) clearly pointed out the signs of degradation in ideology, morality, and lifestyle; "self-evolution", "self-transformation", therefore, the province's task is not to "identify" as in the draft resolution but to detect and handle acts of degradation, "self-evolution", "self-transformation"; thereby strengthening discipline, administrative discipline, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the apparatus.
Regarding the resolution of pressing and outstanding issues, delegate Luc Thi Lien (Quy Chau) said that not only traffic planning work but also construction works need to be paid attention to.

Regarding the draft 2 Resolutions on the 5-year medium-term public investment plan 2016-2020 and the Resolution on the 2017 Public Investment Plan, delegates focused on discussing the orientation of priority order and investment allocation principles; the supervisory role of the provincial Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations.
Delegate Hoang Viet Duong said: New construction can only be arranged when the structure of new investment capital and capital to handle outstanding debt has been clearly arranged.
Next, the Provincial People's Council voted on the remaining 29 Resolutions, including the Resolution to establish the Department of Tourism of Nghe An province and change the name of the Department of Culture - Sports and Tourism to the Department of Culture and Sports of Nghe An province.
