At this time, Senior Lieutenant Ha Phi Son - investigator of the general investigation team of Binh Thanh District police, on his way home from work, discovered two subjects with many suspicious signs, so he followed them.

When arriving in front of house number 48 Ung Van Khiem street (Ward 25, Binh Thanh District), Tai discovered a Wave Alpha motorbike with license plate 59X2 - 60167 parked in front of the house but no one was watching it, so he secretly told his accomplices to stop the motorbike.

At this moment, comrade Son quickly chased after the subject, knocked him down on the street, and captured him.

At the police station, Tai confessed to his crime and said he had a previous conviction for theft and was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months in prison.

Tai was released from prison in early September 2016. However, shortly after his release, he was unemployed and sick, so he continued to steal to earn money.
