| After the construction unit completed 2 bridge piers and 1 bridge abutment at Khe Than Bridge, construction had to stop because the district had not yet cleared the land. |
The Khe Than Bridge was constructed to permanent bridge standards using prestressed reinforced concrete, with a length of over 112 meters and a width of 7 meters. The approach roads at both ends of the bridge were built to mountainous road standards (Class V), with a roadbed width of 6.5 meters and a road surface width of 3.5 meters. The bridge consists of 3 spans with a total investment of over 42 billion VND, of which construction costs accounted for over 33 billion VND.
The project is being undertaken by a joint venture between Minh Sang Construction Joint Stock Company and Dai Son Construction Consulting and Investment Joint Stock Company, with a planned completion time of 24 months from the commencement date. However, 22 months have passed, and only two pillars of the bridge have been constructed. The contractors claim that the local authorities have not yet completed land clearance, preventing further construction.

| The land acquisition area has been measured and marked, but compensation has not yet been paid to the residents. |
According to the Tan Ky District Project Management Board, the project has so far received 9.7 billion VND in funding, including: 8.55 billion VND for construction costs; 349 million VND for project management costs; 751 million VND for investment and construction consulting costs; and 50 million VND for bomb and mine clearance costs.
The land compensation area for this project alone is 10,053 m2, costing 2 billion VND, but to date, no funds have been allocated, so the Tan Ky District People's Committee has not proceeded with land compensation for the contractor to continue construction.
