After three weeks of implementing the SIM upgrade campaign, exchanging SIM for 4G for free, every day, at 45 stores, supermarkets, authorized agents and Viettel post offices across Nghe An, thousands of customers have made this service switch. Customers are excited to upgrade their SIM to be the first to experience all the conveniences of new technology.
Mr. Nguyen Huy Binh (Quan Bau Ward, Vinh City) said: “I am really looking forward to connecting to 4G to become one of the first people to experience Internet speeds 10 times faster than today. On the occasion of the free 4G SIM exchange campaign, in addition to the system of 45 stores, supermarkets, and agents located in urban areas, towns, and townships across Nghe An province, since January 14, Viettel has deployed additional FREE SIM EXCHANGE POINTS to each commune through the Viettel transaction point system at the commune level. In addition, in densely populated areas, Viettel Nghe An has also arranged more mobile SIM exchange points or sent staff to customers' homes to maximally support their needs.
