Facebook CEO criticized by beautiful woman.
Evan Spiegel's girlfriend said she doesn't understand how Mark Zuckerberg can steal other people's ideas and still sleep soundly every night.
In an interview with the British Sunday Times, Kerr expressed her opinion: "I can't stand Facebook. Can't they be creative? Why do they have to steal my boyfriend's ideas? Copying someone else can't be called creativity."
Miranda Kerr's boyfriend is Evan Spiegel, CEO of Snapchat. Spiegel and co-founder Bobby Murphy have been attracting attention recently after Snap, the company that owns the Snapchat app, filed for an IPO and is expected to raise $25 billion, nearly matching Alibaba's IPO valuation in 2014.

It wasn't just Kerr; the tech world also noticed that Facebook seemed to like copying Snapchat's service. In 2012, Mark Zuckerberg met with Spiegel and Murphy to introduce the Poke app, which had features very similar to Snapchat, as a way to "teach the two young founders a lesson." However, when Poke was released, it quickly faded into obscurity while Snapchat continued its rapid growth.
In October 2016, Facebook tested camera filters and effects, allowing users to add special visual effects while chatting, and many immediately noticed that this feature blatantly mimicked Snapchat.
Not stopping there, the world's largest social network continued to launch a service called Instagram Stories, and now Facebook Stories. This feature allows users to post and share photos taken during the day with friends, and those photos automatically disappear after 24 hours. Of course, Snapchat has had this feature for a long time.
Given Facebook's "habit" of imitating Snapchat, some tech experts jokingly suggest that Facebook might soon release camera-equipped glasses that are identical to Snapchat's Spectacles.
"It's a disgrace. How could they possibly sleep soundly?" Kerr said.
Miranda Kerr's Facebook page currently has nearly 8.3 million likes, while the supermodel's Instagram account has attracted 10.6 million followers.
