Having been a soldier on the battlefield since 1979, Mr. Lang Thai Hoa returned to his hometown in 1990 and was admitted to the Communist Party of Vietnam. Promoting the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers, Mr. Hoa is always simple, approachable, knows how to listen, share and is enthusiastic in all movements. That is why in 2003, he was elected by the people as Party cell secretary until now.

Mr. Lang Thai Hoa confided: "To effectively carry out propaganda and mobilization work at the grassroots level, we must be close to, respect, and listen to the legitimate opinions of the people. At the same time, we must also be pioneers in emulation movements and campaigns. From there, when we go to propagate and mobilize, people will trust and agree."

Cam Hoa village has 143 households, 663 people, of which 100% are Thai ethnic people, 13% are Catholics, people's lives still face many difficulties. Faced with that situation, Mr. Hoa has learned, grasped the thoughts and aspirations of the people, actively mobilized the people in the village to change their thinking, working methods and promote the potential and advantages of land, change the structure of crops and livestock to develop the economy.

In 2010, when he saw that some localities in the district had planted industrial tea trees and brought high economic efficiency, Mr. Lang Thai Hoa boldly destroyed some ineffective crops on his family's hilly land and renovated the land to switch to experimental tea planting on an area of ​​3 sao.

Thanks to active care, after more than 3 years, the tea has been harvested and brought income to the family. From only 3 sao of tea, up to now, his family has expanded the area to more than 1 hectare. In addition, he also planted 7 hectares of acacia forest combined with raising buffalo and cows. Each year, after deducting expenses, his family earns nearly 100 million VND.

From the effectiveness that tea plants bring to his family, Mr. Hoa has mobilized people in the village to plant them on ineffective hill areas to increase income. Thanks to that, the whole village now has 100.7 hectares of industrial tea. As a village that previously only grew rice, the people of Cam Hoa village have now changed the crop structure, focusing on raising livestock and poultry in the direction of goods. In addition to growing industrial tea, the people of Cam Hoa village have also planted 340 hectares of forest, mainly acacia, and raised 332 buffaloes and cows.

Currently, the whole village has many well-off families, with an income of 40 to 50 million VND/year, some with an income of 100 million VND/year such as Mrs. Lo Thi Thuy and Mr. Lang Van Dung. From 80% of poor households in 2010, now the village has only 30% poor households, with an average income per capita of 26.7 million VND/person/year; 80% of households have achieved the title of cultural family. In addition, Mr. Hoa has also actively encouraged people to abandon backward cultural practices; up to now, 100% of households have built barns far from their houses and built hygienic toilets; 100% of households in the village have signed a commitment to protect the environment and practice a new cultural lifestyle.

The village has established a village covenant with specific regulations on the new cultural lifestyle, which has been agreed upon and strictly implemented by the people. Now, Cam Hoa village has become a community living together in the spirit of equality, solidarity between religions and religions.
