Cooking and advertising/selling goods are prohibited in the workplace.

According to Decree 121/2013, individuals using personal cooking appliances in their office workspaces will be subject to fines ranging from a warning to 50,000-200,000 VND.

According to Article 57 of Decree 121/2013, the handling of violations of regulations on the management and use of public buildings is as follows:

- A warning or a fine ranging from 50,000 to 200,000 VND will be imposed for the act of using personal cooking or heating devices in the workplace.

- A fine of 10,000,000 to 20,000,000 VND will be imposed for commercial advertising in the workplace.

- A fine of 40,000,000 to 50,000,000 VND will be imposed for the act of keeping explosive materials in an office.

In addition to monetary penalties, offenders are also required to restore the original condition and return any illegal profits obtained from the administrative violation.
