Prohibit cooking and advertising sales at the office

People using personal heating and cooking devices in their offices will be fined from a warning to 50,000-200,000 VND according to Decree 121/2013.

According to Article 57 of Decree 121/2013, handling of violations of regulations on management and use of public offices is as follows:

- Warning or fine from 50,000 to 200,000 VND for using personal heating and cooking equipment in the office.

- Fine from 10,000,000 to 20,000,000 VND for commercial advertising at the office.

- Fine from 40,000,000 to 50,000,000 VND for the act of leaving explosives in the office.

In addition to this form of fine, the violator must also be forced to restore the original state and return the illegal profits gained from committing the administrative violation./.
