(Baonghean.vn) - In just 15 minutes, two thieves broke into an apartment building and calmly wheeled two Exciter motorcycles out of the parking garage without anyone noticing.

Security cameras recorded the process of the suspect stealing the first motorbike:

The theft occurred at 6:29 PM on March 6th at an apartment complex in Nghi Phu commune, Vinh city (located next to Le Nin street). Taking advantage of the time when the building's security guard was out for dinner, two suspects broke in and stole two Yamaha Exciter motorcycles.

The apartment building's security camera recorded that, at the time of the incident, a young man, approximately 1.7m tall, wearing a helmet and a face mask, entered the building's parking garage. After observing his surroundings for only about 5 seconds, the suspect quickly wheeled a blue and white Yamaha Exciter 125 motorcycle out of the garage.

After successfully stealing the Exciter 125 motorbike, about 5 minutes later (at 6:34 PM), the suspect and his accomplice returned to the apartment complex on a yellow and black Sirius motorbike and observed the building from the outside for about a minute before speeding away.

A few minutes later, the two suspects returned to the apartment building. This time, a different, taller and more muscular individual was involved. Wearing a mask and pretending to be on the phone, he proceeded into the building's parking garage to scout the area for about a minute before leaving.

Next, at approximately 6:39 PM, using the same tactic—masked and pretending to be on the phone—the suspect entered the apartment building's parking garage. This time, the suspect's actions were more blatant; they observed and quickly checked the steering locks of several vehicles by touching the handlebars. After "approving" a desired vehicle, the suspect quickly left.

At 6:44 PM, the suspect entered the building's parking garage, wearing a mask and pretending to be on a phone call. After observing that no one was watching, the suspect skillfully pushed a nearby Lead scooter aside to clear the way, and continued to listen to the phone while observing. When certain that no one was following, the suspect proceeded to break the lock and push the blue Exciter 150 motorcycle out.

After maneuvering the motorbike to a dark corner next to the building and observing that no one was paying attention, the suspect quickly gestured to his accomplice, who was standing across the street, to approach. Both then started their engines and sped away. The entire process of stealing the two Exciter motorbikes took only 15 minutes.

At 7 PM that same day, the apartment building's security guard discovered the incident and quickly reported it to the Nghi Phu commune police.

Currently, the Nghi Phu commune police are coordinating with the Vinh city police to relentlessly hunt down this audacious group of thieves.
