The construction of the Cua Lo Port Cluster is a task linked to national defense and security strategy, therefore it requires consultation with relevant authorities. Environmental factors also need to be carefully considered, ensuring absolute safety based on scientific principles. Port logistics services must also be taken into account, given the large volume of goods and people entering and leaving the port.
