The 324th Division helps people build rural roads.
(Baonghean.vn) - To address the need for convenient transportation for local people, from February 20th to 26th, 100 officers and soldiers of Regiment 1, Division 324 (Military Region 4) coordinated with Son Hai commune to level the ground and pour concrete for a 260m long road in Hamlet 2, Son Hai commune (Quynh Luu district, Nghe An province).

The 3.5m wide section of road, paved with 20cm thick concrete, was constructed with funding from the Department of Transportation, including cement, sand, and gravel, while the labor was provided by officers and soldiers of Regiment 1, Division 324.
On this occasion, Regiment 1, Division 324 also helped the people of Son Hai commune dredge a drainage ditch approximately 300m long in Hamlet 2 and Hamlet 13, clear vegetation, and conduct a general cleanup of the area around the Martyrs' Memorial and the New Well.

To promptly encourage the officers and soldiers who are deployed to help people build roads in Son Hai commune, on the afternoon of February 20th, Mr. Dang Ngoc Binh - Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quynh Luu district - visited and presented gifts to the officers and soldiers.
