Do Luong: Frankly review and seriously overcome
(Baonghean) - The implementation of party member reviews according to Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (term XII) was seriously organized by Do Luong District Party Committee, from which reasonable solutions were proposed.

Before conducting the review according to the Resolution of the Central Committee 4 (term XII), the Do Luong District Party Committee organized many meetings, specifically evaluated each collective and individual, and established 10 working groups of the district to guide 73 grassroots Party organizations in implementation. The District Party Committee also issued Notice No. 420-TB/HU dated March 1, 2017, specifically suggesting issues that need to be reviewed for 13 collectives and 37 individuals under the management of the District Party Committee Standing Committee.
Although propaganda and guidance work is carried out regularly, when it comes to implementation, some organizations and individuals are not really determined, and some party organizations are not even well prepared before conducting the review, showing signs of being "careless and general".
Faced with that reality, the district's working groups have increased inspection and supervision; for example, Party Cell 5a in Nam Son Commune, the preparation process was not good, so the District Party Committee requested to re-prepare and conduct a review later. Up to now, the review of organizations and individuals according to Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (term XII) of the Nam Son Commune Party Committee has been completed.
Through review, it was identified that in the Nam Son Commune Party Committee, there were 17 manifestations, the Party Executive Committee had 15 manifestations in 2 groups of issues on "ideology, politics" and "ethics, lifestyle". Regarding individuals, through review, the comrade received at least 6/27 manifestations and at most 14/27 manifestations.
Comrade Nguyen Huu Duc - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nam Son Commune added: "Any Party cell or individual Party member who still has a general self-criticism is required to supplement the self-criticism and collect collective opinions to clearly identify the existing problems. All identified problems are classified into groups and proposed solutions and accurate plans to overcome them, prioritizing the problems that need to be corrected immediately and having a roadmap for other existing problems...".

Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Thinh Son Commune - Comrade Thai Van Hoan said: Up to now, the Party Committee and 18 Party cells in the commune have completed the review work according to Resolution 4 of the 12th Central Committee. The Party Committee Standing Committee is synthesizing documents, classifying manifestations to direct, urge and inspect the implementation of rectification. In that process, we focus on urging cadres and party members who are not enthusiastic about their assigned tasks; attaching discipline and administrative discipline to improving the quality of cadres, civil servants and mass organizations of the commune.
Up to now, Do Luong district has completed the review of party organizations and party members according to Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (term XII), the shortcomings have been specifically pointed out in the spirit of self-awareness, exemplary; following the correct procedures from top to bottom.
During the review process, according to the assessment of District Party Secretary Truong Hong Phuc, the Party organizations have overcome the situation of being respectful, avoiding, afraid of conflicts or taking advantage of self-criticism and criticism to suppress and attack each other, causing internal disunity. That comes from the awareness of each organization and individual that this review is to correct, overcome, and contribute to better performing the assigned tasks.
“Some comrades who showed signs of dissatisfaction with their assigned positions in the organization or showed signs of working half-heartedly, lacking discipline in speaking or shirking responsibility, and right-leaning criticisms were carefully analyzed and immediately put into action; other signs were included in the regular action plan. Do Luong District Party Committee will continue to maintain working groups and urge Party organizations to carry out corrective and remedial work after review according to Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (term XII) in a more realistic manner,” emphasized District Party Committee Secretary Truong Hong Phuc.
