(Baonghean.vn) - On May 11th, the Civil Enforcement Sub-Department of Anh Son District carried out the enforcement of a judgment against Ms. Le Thi Cuc, residing in Hamlet 7, Khai Son Commune (Anh Son District).

Based on the judgments and enforcement decisions, Ms. Le Thi Cuc is required to pay court fees and debts to families from whom she borrowed, totaling 1,432,456,000 VND. However, despite the expiration of the voluntary payment period, Ms. Cuc has failed to comply with the judgment. Therefore, the Civil Enforcement Sub-Department of Anh Son District has proceeded with the forced seizure of Ms. Le Thi Cuc's property at plot number 783B; map sheet number 5, with an area of ​​100m2 according to survey map 299, located in Hamlet 7, Khai Son Commune (Anh Son District), including a level 4 house and other structures built on the land, as well as other essential household items.

It is known that throughout the civil enforcement process, Ms. Le Thi Cuc was absent, forcing the authorities to proceed according to the law.
