Lost land and house due to debt

(Baonghean.vn) - On May 11, the Civil Judgment Enforcement Office of Anh Son district enforced the judgment against Ms. Le Thi Cuc, residing in Hamlet 7, Khai Son Commune (Anh Son).

Based on the judgments and decisions on enforcement, Ms. Le Thi Cuc must pay court fees and repay the debts of the families that Ms. Le Thi Cuc borrowed in the amount of VND 1,432,456,000. However, the voluntary time limit has expired but Ms. Cuc has not enforced the judgment, so the Civil Judgment Enforcement Office of Anh Son district has forcibly seized Ms. Le Thi Cuc's property at land plot No. 783B; map sheet No. 5, area 100m2 according to map measurement 299, located in hamlet 7, Khai Son commune (Anh Son), including a level 4 house and other architectural structures built on the land plot and other essential household items.
