Announcing the results of handling Thien Ngoc Minh Uy Company on some media outlets with information about this company becoming a corporation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade said it had received a notice of termination of multi-level marketing activities of Thien Ngoc Minh Uy Company Limited (TNMU). Accordingly, TNMU terminated its multi-level marketing activities from April 26.

Regarding this issue, the Ministry of Industry and Trade emphasized that on March 27, the Competition Management Department, Ministry of Industry and Trade received a dossier on Gano Excel Vietnam Company Limited (enterprise code 0313233676) requesting to continue operations from April 4. Previously, Gano Excel Vietnam requested to stop operations from July 17, 2016.

During that time, Gano Excel Vietnam LLC changed its Business Registration Certificate at the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City. The company changed its name from Gano Excel Vietnam LLC to Nha Khac Lam LLC and transferred the company's ownership from Ms. Bo Thi Cam Nhung to Mr. Huynh Vinh Loi.

Pursuant to the provisions of Decree 42/ND-CP, on April 13, the Competition Management Department issued Notice No. 137/TB-QLCT on confirming the notification dossier to continue multi-level sales activities of Gano Excel LLC (with the new name Nha Khac Lam LLC).

The Ministry of Industry and Trade confirmed that up to now, due to the fact that it has not completed the supplementary documents and procedures for amending and supplementing the Certificate of registration for multi-level sales activities, Nha Khac Lam Company Limited has not been allowed to organize multi-level sales.
