Ministry of Industry and Trade: Nha Khac Lam has not been licensed for multi-level marketing

Accordingly, TNMU terminated multi-level marketing activities from April 26.

Based on the notification dossier of termination of multi-level sales activities of TNMU, the Ministry has issued a document requesting the company to properly and fully perform the obligations stipulated in Clause 2, Article 16 of Decree 42/2014/ND-CP and comply with the procedures for termination of multi-level sales activities stipulated in Point b, Clause 1, Article 9 of Circular 24/2014/TT-BCT.

Previously, Gano Excel Vietnam requested to stop operations from July 17, 2016.

During that time, Gano Excel Vietnam LLC changed its Business Registration Certificate at the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City. The company changed its name from Gano Excel Vietnam LLC to Nha Khac Lam LLC and transferred the company's ownership from Ms. Bo Thi Cam Nhung to Mr. Huynh Vinh Loi.

After amending the Business Registration Certificate at the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City, Gano Excel One Member Co., Ltd. (with the new name Nha Khac Lam Co., Ltd.) submitted a request to amend and supplement the Certificate of registration for multi-level sales activities to change the company name and owner.

Pursuant to the provisions of Decree 42/ND-CP, on April 13, the Competition Management Department issued Notice No. 137/TB-QLCT confirming the notification dossier to continue multi-level sales activities of Gano Excel LLC (with the new name Nha Khac Lam LLC).

The Ministry of Industry and Trade confirmed that up to now, because the additional documents and procedures for amending and supplementing the Certificate of registration for multi-level sales activities have not been completed, Nha Khac Lam Company Limited is not allowed to organize multi-level sales.
