In the afternoon, there will be a small batch of about 50 more bottles.”

Chi said that although it is just the beginning of summer and the weather is still quite cool, fruit yogurt is selling well and has become a favorite dish of office workers and students. Therefore, for over a month now, Chi has switched to making this drink to sell more.

“Last summer I made matcha milk tea, but this year I find it harder to sell. As for fruit yogurt, it sells out as soon as I make it,” Chi said, adding that the recipe for fruit yogurt is extremely easy, she learned it on cooking forums. When she started making it, she succeeded the first time.

This fruit yogurt has the same recipe as eating yogurt, the only difference is the incubation time. Drinking yogurt takes a shorter incubation time. Specifically, take 500ml of fresh milk, 2 boxes of yogurt, 1 liter of filtered water, 1 can of milk and mix them together. Then pour it into 1.5 liter bottles and put it in a styrofoam box to incubate continuously for 10 hours. With the above amount of milk, when packaged in small bottles for sale, you will get 7 bottles of 250ml milk.

Chi khoe, mỗi chai sữa chua khoảng 250ml có giá 20.000 đồng. Một ngày làm 2 mẻ chia ra được khoảng 150 chai. Một tuần trung bình cô bán được trên 1.000 chai, tính ra, doanh thu gần 100 triệu đồng/tháng. Trừ đi các loại chi phí, Chi lãi khoảng 40-50 triệu đồng.

Hiện vẫn chưa phải cao điểm nắng nóng nên hàng cũng chỉ tiêu thụ ở mức độ vừa phải. Vì thế, tối rảnh Chi tranh thủ làm sữa để ủ, sáng ra rót vào chai. Còn giao hàng thì thuê shipper, cô chỉ trực tiếp giao lúc rảnh hay chiều tối khi đi học về.

Tương tự, Bùi Tuyết Mai, sinh viên năm nhất một trường đại học ở Trần Duy Hưng (Cầu Giấy) cũng cho hay, khách thường đặt ít nhất 2-3 chai sữa chua hoa quả/lần, thậm chí có khách uống quen, mỗi tuần thường đặt 7-10 chai.

“Em mới làm bán được 3 tuần nay, mỗi tuần được khoảng 300 chai vừa đủ để sữa chua làm ra đến đâu bán hết đến đó, không để tồn sang ngày hôm sau”, Mai nói. Cô tiết lộ, dù chỉ bán được số lượng khá khiêm tốn, nhưng sau khi trừ đi chi phí, cứ 100 chai cô lãi 1 triệu đồng. Tính ra, một tuần cô bán 300 chai, lãi 3 triệu đồng.
