Villagers surrounded the woman who led her 'army' to demolish her ex-husband's house.
Knowing that Mr. Kính's house was being vandalized by nine people, the villagers sounded the alarm by going up the gong and blocked all roads.
At approximately 6 PM on July 15th, in Yen Thinh commune (Huu Lung district, Lang Son province), a group of nine people in three cars stormed into the house of Mr. Hoang Van Kinh (34 years old). Unable to find the homeowner, the crowd vandalized the property.
Upon discovering the incident, the villagers sounded the alarm and surrounded the individuals involved. When authorities arrived, two cars were overturned in the field. The third was lying sideways on the road. Several people involved were detained by the villagers and handed over to the police.

On the morning of July 17th, the leaders of Yen Thinh commune confirmed that the incident stemmed from a conflict between Mr. Kinh and his ex-wife. "Fortunately, Mr. Kinh was not home that night, so he escaped harm," the commune leader said, adding that Mr. Kinh's ex-wife had brought people to take their two children away, but Mr. Kinh refused, leading to an argument.
The head of the Huu Lung District Police said that this morning they continued to take statements from those involved to clarify the cause and determine the course of action.
