According to Mr. Nguyen Dai Tri, Deputy Director General of the General Department of Taxation, in order to implement electronic tax refunds nationwide, the General Department of Taxation recently organized training on electronic tax refunds for 63 provinces and cities, and now electronic tax refunds have been officially implemented nationwide.
"To contribute to the successful implementation of the electronic tax refund service, the General Department of Taxation has planned to promote this service to the community and taxpayers through mass media such as television, radio, and the internet," Mr. Tri said.
According to the leaders of the General Department of Taxation, the General Department has also developed video clips (30 seconds long), audio clips (60 seconds long), and instructional clips on how to use the service; as well as marketing leaflets and banners introducing electronic tax refunds.
These clips will be posted on the website of the General Department of Taxation and broadcast on central and local radio and television stations.
To ensure effective and focused communication, the General Department of Taxation requires tax departments to proactively develop communication plans that are appropriate to local needs.
For promotional materials (videos, audio, banners), tax departments will post them on their websites and coordinate with local radio, television, and newspapers for dissemination; for leaflets, they will be printed according to the approved design by the General Department of Taxation, with the quantity depending on the needs of each locality.
In addition to promotional materials such as images, banners, etc., to ensure widespread dissemination of information, the General Department of Taxation requires more articles on the benefits of electronic tax refunds so that the business community is aware of and can implement them.
