Woman died in the stream after being swept away by flood

(Baonghean.vn) - This afternoon (July 14), the family of the unfortunate victim who died naked in the stream of Na Puc village, Chau Thon, Que Phong came to receive the body of their loved one.

Previously, as reported by Nghe An Newspaper, people fishing in Na Puc village discovered a decomposed corpse at the bottom of the stream. The corpse was identified as a female, in a nude state.

Mr. Vi Van Chin - Chairman of Nam Nhoong Commune People's Committee confirmed that the unfortunate woman who died in the middle of the stream on National Highway 16, flowing through Na Puc village, Chau Thong commune (Que Phong) was a citizen of the commune. The victim's name was Ha Thi Mien, born in 1965, in Huoi Cam village, Nam Nhoong commune, wife of Mr. Vi Van Thang.

According to the investigation, the victim went to work in the fields on the afternoon of July 12, 2017 and did not return. That afternoon, there was a heavy rain that caused the water in the rivers and streams to rise dangerously high. The cause of death was determined to be that the victim was swept away by the flood while crossing the stream to go home.

It is known that the victim's family situation is very tragic, the victim's husband, Mr. Vi Van Thang, has terminal stomach cancer. The family has 5 children, belonging to a poor household in the commune.
