Three Russian treasures are still not ready for sale due to lack of funds.
Rosoboronexport has no intention of exporting Russia's latest weapons in the near future, which include the Armata tank, the S-500 system, and the T-50 aircraft.
Rosoboronexport has no intention of selling Russia's latest weapons in the near future, including the Armata tank, the S-500 air defense system, and the T-50 fifth-generation fighter jet, according to Rosoboronexport's General Director, Alexander Mikheev.
"Of course, modern weapons that attract media attention and interest from countries around the world, such as the latest generation Armata tank, the S-500 air defense system, 5th generation fighter jets, and some other Russian weapon systems, have enormous export potential."
However, Rosoboronexport's plans for exporting these weapons have not yet been determined," RIA Novosti quoted Alexander Mikheev as saying.

One of the reasons for this decision is that they are not yet mass-produced; some have been deployed and some are still undergoing testing.
Therefore, in the future, after completing these tasks and with the permission of the State, they may be exported.
A representative from Rosoboronexport also stated that, if allowed to export, they would be ready to supply NATO countries with weapons if the Russian President permits it, provided that NATO countries cease unfair competition with Russia.
"Depending on President Putin's decisions, we are always proud and work diligently to support them, including the provision of modern military equipment to NATO member countries," said Alexander Mikheev.
One of the factors hindering the production and export of these modern weapons is unfair competition from Western countries and the United States.

Currently, both Rosoboronexport and many other Russian companies and corporations are on the sanctions lists of these countries.
However, Mr. Mikheev also revealed that since the beginning of 2017, Rosoboronexport has exported military equipment worth more than $5 billion, while the state's investment portfolio has reached nearly $45 billion.
Rosoboronexport is a Russian state-owned company and the only company in Russia dedicated to the export and import of all military technology products and services. Its full name is Rosoboronexport Joint Stock Company. Its headquarters are located in Moscow. It is part of the state-owned Rostec corporation.
Last month, the RIA Novosti news agency quoted Vladimir Mikheev, head of the KRET electro-optical equipment design complex, as saying that Russia had agreed to export the President-S (ODS) air defense system and the Rychag-AV helicopter-based electronic warfare system to three customers in Asia and Latin America and one in the Middle East.
However, for objective reasons, he did not specify these three customers.
Experts believe that Russia is currently planning to export weapons worldwide.
Beyond economic motives, Russia's arms export contracts also serve to compete for influence and to spread its weapons technology compared to potential rivals – especially the United States.
For example, countries in the Middle East are now beginning to abandon American weapons and opt for Russian weapons to equip their militaries.
Therefore, he believes that the potential for exporting these modern weapons in the future is enormous and will certainly be realized.
