Driver loses arm after car splits in two.

(Baonghean.vn) - A five-seater car traveling at high speed suddenly crashed into a roadside barrier. The serious accident left the car severely damaged. Locals and authorities had to use crowbars to break open the door and rescue the driver.

At approximately 2 PM on July 16th, a serious accident occurred on National Highway 48C, near the Thung Heo bridge, in Lien Tan hamlet, Tho Hop commune (Quy Hop district, Nghe An province).

A five-seater SUV traveling from Quy Hop district towards National Highway 48 suddenly crashed into a roadside barrier. After the powerful impact, the car was almost split in half, completely deformed, and stuck in place.

Local residents and traffic police from Quy Hop district arrived shortly after and had to use crowbars to pry open the door to get the driver out. The accident resulted in the driver's right arm being severed, and he also suffered multiple injuries, requiring urgent medical attention in Hanoi. The driver's identity is currently unknown.
