At around 2:00 p.m. on July 16, on National Highway 48C, Thung Heo bridge section running through Lien Tan hamlet, Tho Hop commune (Quy Hop - Nghe An), a serious accident occurred.
A 5-seat SUV traveling from Quy Hop district to National Highway 48 suddenly crashed into a roadside barrier. After the strong impact, the car was almost split in half, completely deformed and stuck in place.

Residents and traffic police of Quy Hop district arrived immediately and had to use a crowbar to break the door to get the man driving out. The accident caused the driver's right arm to be severed, and he also suffered multiple injuries and had to be rushed to the emergency room in Hanoi. The identity of the driver is currently unknown./.
