Provincial Road 537B passes through the communes of Quynh Minh, Quynh Nghia, and Quynh Bang. According to local residents, the road is currently in a severely damaged state. The asphalt surface is almost completely peeling off, with many large trenches appearing. Especially during the rainy season, it is densely covered with large and small puddles of water, encroaching on the road shoulders and causing hardship for residents of the communes and neighboring areas when traveling through this area.

Ms. Ho Thi Chung from Chi Thanh hamlet, who lives next to provincial road 537B, said: "We suffer greatly living on both sides of the road. We have to keep our doors and windows tightly closed all day because of the excessive dust, and on rainy days, cars and motorbikes splash dirty water into our houses. The road becomes muddy and slippery, leading to many accidents."

Provincial Road 537B is an important transportation route, serving trade and promoting socio-economic development in Quynh Luu district. However, due to the high volume of traffic, especially heavy trucks carrying timber and construction materials, many sections of the provincial road passing through communes such as Quynh Nghia and Quynh Minh are riddled with potholes and large craters, particularly the section through Quynh Bang commune, which is in very serious disrepair.

Two or three years ago, due to numerous complaints from the public, the relevant authorities intervened and repaired nearly 1 km of the road. However, after just a few rainstorms, the road reverted to its original state.

Quynh Bang has three schools: a kindergarten, a primary school, and a secondary school. Each school year, the large number of students and vehicles traveling to and from school leads to many children falling and experiencing health problems. Given this situation, during meetings with constituents and the People's Council at all levels, the local authorities have raised many concerns and requested solutions.

In an effort to reduce traffic accidents, the commune and its residents annually pool their money to hire trucks to transport soil and stones to fill potholes on the road. However, this is only a temporary solution.

Mr. Vu Van Duong, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quynh Bang commune, said: "In recent years, this road has seriously deteriorated, greatly affecting traffic. We hope the government will pay attention to repairing and upgrading it so that people can travel more conveniently."
