Mr. Huynh Kim Binh, an enforcement officer of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Office of Phong Dien district (Thua Thien-Hue province) has just been prosecuted for the act of "Abusing position and power to appropriate property".

On August 13, the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement (DJE) of Thua Thien-Hue province confirmed that Mr. Huynh Kim Binh, an enforcement officer of the DJE Sub-Department of Phong Dien district (Thua Thien-Hue), had just been prosecuted by the Investigation Agency of the Supreme People's Procuracy for the act of "Abusing position and power to appropriate property".

Previously, the Department of Justice of Thua Thien - Hue province coordinated with the Department of Prosecution and Investigation of cases of infringement of judicial activities, corruption, and positions occurring in judicial activities (Department 6 - Supreme People's Procuracy) to clarify the violations of Mr. Huynh Kim Binh.

It is known that from 2011 to 2016, Mr. Binh abused the collection of judgment enforcement money, wrote receipts that did not meet the regulations, and used the remaining receipts to collect judgment enforcement money from others to appropriate a total of more than 53 million VND for personal use.
