BIDV Phu Dien Bank announces asset handling

Pursuant to Mortgage Contract No. 01/2014/735036/HDBĐ dated November 24, 2014, Mr. Tran Van Hung and Ms. Le Thi Chau, Hamlet 5, Dien Thap Commune, Dien Chau (Nghe An) secured their loan at the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Phu Dien Branch. However, currently, because the debt of Mr. Tran Van Hung - Ms. Le Thi Chau at the Bank is overdue; the family has not properly fulfilled the debt repayment obligation according to the signed credit contract, we notify to proceed with debt collection procedures according to regulations.

Detailed information about the collateral includes Land use rights and assets attached to the land including a 5-storey house and other assets attached to the mortgaged land at the address: Hamlet 5, Dien Thap Commune, Dien Chau, Nghe An according to the Land Use Rights Certificate No. AL 983906 issued by the People's Committee of Dien Chau District on July 3, 2008 of Mr. Tran Van Hung and Ms. Le Thi Chau.

Now, by this notice, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development - Phu Dien Branch requests Mr. Hung and Ms. Chau to urgently come to the Bank's headquarters at the address:

Block 4, Dien Chau town, Dien Chau district, Nghe An province (or contact Mr. Hoang Ngoc Thin at 0976.444.354) to resolve your guarantee obligation for your debt at the bank.

After 15 days from the date of posting this notice, that is, until October 20, 2017, if Mr. Hung and Ms. Chau still do not come to the Bank or proactively contact the above phone number, our Bank will coordinate with local authorities and relevant units to carry out procedures to seize your secured assets to handle them in accordance with the provisions of law.
