Based on Mortgage Agreement No. 01/2014/735036/HĐBĐ dated November 24, 2014, Mr. Tran Van Hung and Ms. Le Thi Chau, residing in Hamlet 5, Dien Thap Commune, Dien Chau District (Nghe An Province), secured their loan at the Vietnam Investment and Development Bank - Phu Dien Branch. However, currently, due to the overdue debt of Mr. Tran Van Hung and Ms. Le Thi Chau at the Bank; the family has not fulfilled their repayment obligations according to the signed credit agreement, so we are notifying you to proceed with debt recovery procedures as stipulated.

Details of the collateral include the land use rights and assets attached to the land, including a 5-story house and other assets attached to the mortgaged land at the address: Hamlet 5, Dien Thap Commune, Dien Chau District, Nghe An Province, according to Land Use Right Certificate No. AL 983906 issued by the People's Committee of Dien Chau District on July 3, 2008, to Mr. Tran Van Hung and Ms. Le Thi Chau.

Block 4, Dien Chau town, Dien Chau district, Nghe An province (or contact Mr. Hoang Ngoc Thin at 0976.444.354) to resolve your guarantee obligations regarding your debt at the bank.

After 15 days from the date of this notice, i.e., until October 20, 2017, if Mr. Hung and Ms. Chau still do not come to the Bank or proactively contact us at the phone number mentioned above, our Bank will coordinate with local authorities and relevant units to implement procedures to seize their collateral assets for processing in accordance with the law.
