Dien Hoang Commune is located in the northeast of Dien Chau district, a land with a long tradition of Phu Dien region in the old Hoan Chau land. Dien Hoang has the famous Hoang Ha drum craft village that has been around for over 200 years with a 16-generation secret craft of the Nguyen family, descendants of Cuong Quoc Cong Nguyen Xi. Mr. Nguyen Tan - Chairman of Dien Hoang commune said that the gate was made of about 50 cubic meters of wood (ebony, ironwood) and 70 cubic meters of stone, with a total cost of about 4 billion VND, invested in by Dien Hoang's children living far from home.
