Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuan, head of the Light Up Faith Club, said that Muong Long commune is located in the mountainous area of Nghe An. The temperature often drops, sometimes below 1ºC. The people's lives are still difficult, so many students do not have enough warm clothes to wear.

Therefore, the Club has called on everyone to join hands to support the program "Warm Winter in the Highlands 2017" with the hope of helping students in Muong Long have a warmer winter as well as sharing some of the difficulties for the people.

The program has been in the works for several months.
