Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuan, head of the Light Up Faith Club, said that Muong Long commune is located in the high mountains of Nghe An. Temperatures often drop, sometimes below 1ºC. The lives of the people are still difficult, so many students do not have enough warm clothes to wear.
Therefore, the Club called on everyone to join hands to support the program "Warm Winter in the Highlands 2017" with the hope of helping students in Muong Long have a warmer winter as well as sharing some of the difficulties with the people.
The program has been implemented for many months.
