Man mysteriously disappeared, leaving motorbike in the river

(Baonghean.vn) - In the evening, the man called home to report that he was lost at the river wharf. The next morning, fishermen only found the motorbike but the owner was mysteriously missing.

On the afternoon of November 17, Mr. Pham Ngoc Linh - Head of Nghia Thinh Commune Police (Nghia Dan) said that a man from another commune went missing after getting lost at the local river wharf.

At around 4:30 a.m. the same day, while fishing on Hieu River, at Dam wharf area flowing through Nghia Thinh commune (Nghia Dan), people discovered a motorbike lying on the riverbank but no one was seen.

Searching around the wharf area, people did not find the owner of the car. The information was reported to local authorities.

Upon receiving the report, the Nghia Thinh Commune Police Department arrived at the scene to investigate the incident. The owner of the car was later identified as Mr. Pham Ngoc Quyen (born in 1984, residing in Nghia Tan Commune, Nghia Dan District).

According to the commune police, at around 2am that same day, Mr. Quyen called home while drunk and said he was lost at a river wharf somewhere, hoping his family would come and help him. However, because he did not give a specific location, Mr. Quyen's family could not find him.

Currently, the authorities are working with the family to search for Mr. Quyen.
