The man mysteriously disappeared, leaving his motorbike in the river.
(Baonghean.vn) - In the evening, a man called home to report that he was lost at the riverbank. The next morning, fishermen only found his motorbike, while its owner had mysteriously disappeared.
On the afternoon of November 17th, Mr. Pham Ngoc Linh, Head of the Nghia Thinh Commune Police (Nghia Dan District), stated that a man from another commune had gone missing after wandering to the local riverbank.
At around 4:30 AM on the same day, while fishing on the Hieu River, in the Dam wharf area flowing through Nghia Thinh commune (Nghia Dan district), locals discovered a motorbike lying on the riverbank but no one was around.

After searching the area around the dock, residents could not find the owner of the vehicle. The information was reported to the local authorities.
Upon receiving the report, the Nghia Thinh commune police arrived at the scene to investigate the incident. The owner of the vehicle was later identified as Pham Ngoc Quyen (born in 1984, residing in Nghia Tan commune, Nghia Dan district).
According to the local police, at around 2 AM that same day, Quyen called home while intoxicated, saying he was lost at some riverbank and asking his family to come and rescue him. However, because he didn't specify the location, his family couldn't find him.
Authorities are currently coordinating with the family to search for Mr. Quyen.
