Mr. Le Thanh Chuong, who works near the bridge, said: “For more than 2 years now, I have been crossing this bridge every day. It has been degraded for more than a year but I have not seen any authorities repair it. The other day, I saw some people from the district come down to check it, but it is still the same. Every time I cross the bridge, I am scared.” Photo: Ho Phuong |
