Previously, on March 1, 2017, Vinh City People's Committee issued Decision No. 1012a/QD-UBND on administrative fine of 45 million VND against Trung Long Joint Stock Company because this company had committed violations such as organizing construction work that was not in accordance with the detailed planning 1/500 of Vinh City Central Park project (in construction item No. 36 to build a flower trellis and construction item No. 2 to build an outdoor parking lot but in reality, they built a row of houses to sell food and a car wash).
At the same time as imposing the fine, Vinh City People's Committee requested Trung Long Joint Stock Company to voluntarily dismantle the construction works that are contrary to the planning at construction items No. 36 and No. 2 mentioned above within 10 days from the date of receiving the decision. If the investor, Trung Long Joint Stock Company, does not voluntarily dismantle the illegal construction works, it will be forced to demolish and be responsible for paying the costs.
However, it has been more than 9 months since the decision to fine and force demolition, but the above constructions still exist!
Recently, on December 19, 2017, the Department of Construction Inspectorate issued Report No. 195/TTXD to the Director of the Department of Construction, regarding the inspection of two illegal construction works at Vinh City Central Park.
After checking, the coordinating forces agreed and requested the Vinh City People's Committee to direct the relevant departments and the Truong Thi Ward People's Committee to urge and supervise the investor to dismantle the above two illegal constructions, and by January 5, 2018 at the latest, to submit a written report to the Department of Construction.
It is known that this is not the first time this unit has violated. Previously, in 2011, Nghe An province authorities also handled Trung Long Joint Stock Company for violations in the construction field.
