Two young men snatched a handbag from a couple.
Taking advantage of the late night, two individuals on a motorbike approached and snatched a handbag from a couple.
On January 8th, information from the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police stated that the Quang Xuong District Police had arrested two suspects, Doi Van Luc (19 years old) and Vo Quang Hieu (20 years old), both residing in Quang Nhan commune, Quang Xuong district, for the crime of robbery.

Earlier, at around 11 PM on December 22, 2017, Ms. LTA and her boyfriend, NVD, were riding a motorbike to the Duc Tu hamlet area in Quang Tan commune, Quang Xuong district, when two individuals on a motorbike approached from behind and snatched her handbag, which contained 2 million VND and an iPhone 6S Plus.
Immediately after receiving the report, the Quang Xuong District Police conducted an investigation and identified Luc and Hieu as the perpetrators of the aforementioned robbery.
Shortly afterwards, thanks to the persuasion of their relatives, the two suspects turned themselves in to the police in Quang Xuong district.
The incident is currently under ongoing investigation.
