Two young men snatched a handbag from a couple
Taking advantage of the late night, two men on a motorbike approached and robbed the couple's handbag.
On January 8, information from Thanh Hoa Provincial Police said that Quang Xuong District Police had just arrested two subjects, Doi Van Luc (19 years old) and Vo Quang Hieu (20 years old), both residing in Quang Nhan Commune, Quang Xuong District, for robbery.

Previously, at around 11pm on December 22, 2017, Ms. LTA and her boyfriend NVD were riding a motorbike to Duc Tu village, Quang Tan commune, Quang Xuong district when two men on a motorbike approached from behind and snatched her handbag, which contained 2 million VND and an Iphone 6S plus.
Immediately after receiving the report, Quang Xuong District Police conducted an investigation and identified Luc and Hieu as the perpetrators of the above robbery.
Not long after that, with the encouragement of relatives, the two subjects went to Quang Xuong district police to surrender.
Currently, the case is still under investigation./.
