Nghe An: 101 establishments fined for violations related to gasoline and oil.
(Baonghean.vn) - In 2017, Nghe An province inspected 322 gasoline and oil businesses and fined 101 of them.
According to a report from the Steering Committee 389 of Nghe An province, 101 gasoline and oil businesses have been penalized, with fines totaling 465,500,000 VND.

The main violations included: not having a certificate of eligibility to conduct petroleum business: 1 establishment; not registering sales hours with the Department of Industry and Trade: 8 establishments; expired fuel pump inspection certificate: 1 establishment; not having sufficient equipment to conduct petroleum business: 4 establishments; not displaying sales hours: 57 establishments; not displaying retail prices of petroleum: 10 establishments; petroleum sales staff not having received fire safety training: 4 establishments.
In addition, there were violations related to signage, unclear or inconspicuous display of opening hours, and retail prices: 16 establishments.
Regarding liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), the entire province inspected 56 cases, processed 18 cases, and imposed administrative fines totaling 237,750,000 VND.
The confiscated goods included 27 mini gas cylinders and 2 gas cylinders of the Thang Long and Dat Viet brands.
Violations in the liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) business include: operating without a certificate of eligibility; not having a contract to purchase LPG from a dealer, general agent, or primary LPG trader as prescribed; trading in gas cylinders that do not meet market circulation requirements; transporting gas without a transport license; and trading in expired gas cylinders.
