Nghe An: 101 establishments were fined for violating gasoline regulations
(Baonghean.vn) - In 2017, Nghe An province inspected 322 petrol and oil trading establishments and penalized 101 establishments.
The report of Steering Committee 389 Nghe An said: The whole province has handled 101 petrol and oil businesses with the amount of 465,500,000 VND.

The main violations are not having a certificate of eligibility for petroleum business: 1 facility; not registering the time of sale with the Department of Industry and Trade for 8 facilities; the certificate of inspection of petroleum pumps has expired for 1 facility; not having enough equipment to trade petroleum: 4 facilities; not posting the time of sale: 57 facilities; not posting the retail price of petroleum: 10 facilities; petroleum business staff not being trained in fire prevention and fighting: 4 facilities.
There are also violations regarding signs, posting of sales hours, and unclear and inconspicuous retail prices: 16 establishments.
Regarding liquefied petroleum gas, the province inspected 56 cases, handled 18 cases, and imposed an administrative fine of VND 237,750,000.
The infringing goods included 27 mini gas bottles, 2 gas cylinders of Thang Long and Dat Viet brands.
Violations in the liquefied gas business include: Doing business without a certificate of eligibility; not having an LPG purchase contract with an agent or general agent or LPG wholesale trader as prescribed; doing business in gas cylinders that do not meet the conditions for circulation on the market; transporting gas without a transportation license; doing business in expired gas cylinders.
