The phenomenon of Chung cake and Tet cake getting moldy is a phenomenon of cakes in the hot and humid Tet weather, causing mold to grow. Moldy cakes are easily detected with the naked eye, on the crust or inside the cake, there are white or green mold patches appearing, with a sour smell.
How to keep cakes from getting moldy after Tet
