The Provincial Women's Union visits and presents gifts to Hanh Dich Border Guard Station.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of February 28th, the delegation from the Provincial Women's Union visited and presented gifts to Hanh Dich Border Guard Post in Hanh Dich commune (Que Phong district) on the occasion of the 59th anniversary of the Border Guard tradition and the 29th anniversary of the National Border Guard Day.

This is one of the activities included in the twinning program between the Provincial Women's Union and Hanh Dich Border Guard Post.
Over the past period, the Provincial Women's Union has directed the Women's Unions of the districts to coordinate with border guard posts in the area to organize activities to disseminate legal education, eradicate illiteracy among ethnic minority people in border areas; and conduct propaganda on drug prevention, crime prevention and social evils prevention,... aiming to help people develop their economy, improve their living standards and culture, and contribute to maintaining border security and sovereignty.
