This is one of the activities within the twinning program between the Provincial Women's Union and Hanh Dich Station.
In recent times, the Provincial Women's Union has directed the District Women's Unions to coordinate with the Border Guard Stations in the area to organize activities to disseminate and educate the law, eliminate illiteracy for ethnic minorities in border areas; propaganda work on drug prevention, crime prevention and social evils, etc. to help people develop the economy, improve their lives and culture and contribute to maintaining border security and sovereignty./.
