The fair was attended by more than 1,300 students, teachers and parents. There were 8 booths with over 50 dishes from the 3 regions of North - Central - South displayed here. All ingredients were checked by the school's Board of Directors before being processed by the teams. All dishes were made by the students themselves.

According to the regulations of the Organizing Committee, each booth must register its products before selling, especially not selling fresh food and alcoholic substances. After the booths are decorated, each team will send 3 members to introduce and promote the products. Only when the judges have finished scoring the booths will they sell to customers.

On this occasion, Quy Chau High School also organized folk games such as: tug of war, throwing balls and walking on stilts. These games attracted a large number of students to participate and enthusiastic cheers from the audience.
