Over 1,300 students, teachers, and parents participated in the fair. Eight stalls showcased more than 50 dishes from the three regions of Vietnam: North, Central, and South. All ingredients were inspected by the school's management before being used by the teams for preparation. All dishes were prepared by the students themselves.

According to the organizers' regulations, each stall must register its products before selling them, and specifically prohibits the sale of fresh produce and alcoholic beverages. After the stalls are decorated, each team will send three members to introduce and promote their products. Only after the judges have finished scoring the stalls can they sell to customers.

On this occasion, Quy Chau High School also organized traditional folk games such as tug-of-war, throwing the ball, and stilt walking. These games attracted a large number of students and received enthusiastic support from the audience.
