Ronaldo makes Champions League history with 10-match scoring streak
Thanks to a double against Juventus, CR7 is the first player to score in 10 consecutive matches in the C1 Cup/Champions League.
Ronaldo's scoring streak started in the final last season, also with two goals against Juventus. Through six group stage matches this season, two round of 16 matches and the first leg of the quarter-finals, CR7 has continued to score. In total, Ronaldo has 16 goals in the record-breaking streak.
The old record belonged to Ruud Van Nistelrooy with a streak of nine consecutive scoring matches in the 2002-2003 season (12 goals).

In addition to his new historical mark, Ronaldo also increased his total goals since the beginning of the 2017-2018 season to 39. This is the highest number of a player in the top five European football countries (Spain, England, France, Germany and Italy) as of April 3.
Thanks to the latest double, Ronaldo also increased his total number of goals against Juventus to 9. The history of the C1 Cup/Champions League has never seen a player achieve a higher number against the same opponent.
Thanks to Ronaldo's good form, Real is almost certain to reach the Champions League semi-finals. The defending champion is approaching the third consecutive title, at the same time forgetting the disappointment in La Liga and the King's Cup.
